Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta in September 2024 decreased by 5.08 percent compared to August 2024, namely from 10,136 visits to 9,621 visits. The number of domestic tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta in January-September 2024 increased by 22.99 percent compared to the same period in 2023 (cumulative to cumulative) from 23.16 million trips to 28.48 million trips. The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in D.I. Yogyakarta in September 2024 was 51.35 percent, down 0.59 points compared to the TPK of the previous month. The TPK of non-star hotels was 23.65 percent, up 0.02 points compared to the TPK of the previous month. The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in September 2024 reached 1.53 nights, down 0.01 nights compared to the previous month. The average length of stay of guests in non-star hotels in September 2024 reached 1.16 nights, down 0.02 nights compared to the previous month.
