Abstract

The 2023 Construction Cost Index (IKK) is a price index that describes the level of construction cost of a district/city compared to the reference city, namely Makassar City. The selection of reference cities is based on areas that have an index close to the national average index, and considers the completeness of the data source. IKK data was obtained from the results of the Construction Price Survey specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and wages for construction services carried out in all districts/cities in Indonesia. The data is calculated based on quarterly price data, namely quarters III - IV of 2022 and quarters I - II of 2023. IKK for 2023 is one of the main components used to calculate the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for Fiscal Year 2024.
