Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (DNS) is a survey conducted by Statistics of Indonesia to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. DNS has been implemented regularly every year since 2005, but initially it was still done at the Statistics of Indonesia. Since 2014, Statistics of Kulon Progo Regency has started implementing SKD. In 2020, Statistics of Kulon Progo Regency will also hold DNS in the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) Statistics of Kulon Progo Regency. The results of the 2020 DNS are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality.
