Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out regularly every year since 2005, but initially it was only carried out at Central BPS. Since 2014, BPS Kulon Progo Regency has started implementing the SKD.In 2021, BPS Kulon Progo Regency will also hold an SKD at the Kulon Progo Regency BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST). The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
